The Starlink Mini Kit is a compact, portable, and high-performance satellite internet system designed for users who need reliable internet connectivity even in the most remote locations. Developed by SpaceX, this miniaturized version of the traditional Starlink kit offers powerful features in a smaller, travel-friendly form factor, making it perfect for travelers, remote workers, and emergency connectivity setups. The Starlink Mini features an electronic phased array antenna with a 110° field of view, enabling efficient and stable satellite tracking. It supports dual-band 3x3 MU-MIMO WiFi 5 connectivity with speeds up to 200 Mbps, and utilizes the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless standard. The WPA2 encryption ensures secure internet access, while its mesh compatibility (with all Starlink mesh systems) allows seamless expansion of network coverage up to 112 m² (1,200 ft²). However, it is not compatible with third-party mesh systems. A single latching Ethernet LAN port with Starlink plug is included for wired connections. The LED power indicator is located on the rear face plate for easy monitoring. You can connect up to 128 devices simultaneously, making it ideal for shared environments or team operations.

Engineered for rugged environments, the Starlink Mini is rated IP67 when installed with the DC power cable and Starlink plug, ensuring dust and water resistance. It operates effectively in temperatures from -30°C to 50°C and can withstand wind speeds of 96 kph+ (60 mph+). Its snow melt capability of up to 25mm/hour ensures uninterrupted service during harsh weather conditions. The unit’s average power consumption is between 25-40W, and it supports input ratings of 12-48V 60W, making it efficient and power-adaptive. For mobile setups, a Starlink USB-C to Barrel Jack Cable Accessory is available to support USB PD input of 100W (20V/5A minimum). Physically, the device measures 298.5 x 259 x 38.5 mm and weighs just 1.10 kg, or 1.53 kg with a kickstand and 15-meter cable, making it lightweight and easy to deploy. The included power supply is compact, and the entire kit, including packaging, weighs 6.73 kg.
